WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Nutrition and physical exercise go hand in hand in regards to health. Your jouney begins with our Warrior 20 Meal Plan which will get you started in the right direction. You will be given full information on what to eat, portion control, how to meal prep and plan with shopping list and suggestions on kitchen mastery. First workshop even includes a live cooking demonstration where you can taste some of our delicious recipes.
• Your workout program starts right away and you will be introduced to the Training for Warriors system of working out. Everyone will be encouraged to go at his or her own ability level. We will provide modifications to those who need it. You will be in a group setting which makes training fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions. You will get all of the RESULTS you want, for a fraction of the price!
• We'll provide ongoing coaching and support duruing the entire 6 weels to ensure you're on track. Together we are going to break through any roadblocks we encounter along the way!
