The Training For Warriors system is a physical and mental training program originally created for fighters by Martin Rooney more than 15 years ago. This training program utilizes ongoing evaluation and feedback to adapt specific strength and conditioning protocols to best fit a warrior’s needs.

TFW encompasses detailed warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work & nutrition all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process. These training modalities are all applied based on the 12 guiding principles that are the foundation of the TFW system. As a result of this principle-centered approach, the TFW system offers endless variety while still focused on producing constant gains.

The Training for Warriors program has been used by thousands of athletes (NFL, Olympic, NBA, MLB, UFC) to help them excel through their sport. Now with over 260 affiliate locations in 30 countries, thousands of people of all fitness levels are benefiting from the TFW training every day. TFW Upper/Lower/Full Body Weight Room Routine

  • Strength is the foundation of the TFW system. Through our systematic training, we are able to progress students according to their relative strength. TFW Coaches will help you achieve toned muscles, strength and bone density in a safe motivational small personal group setting.
  • TFW Signature Hurricane Days:

    Each TFW Hurricane consists of high intensity movements and is structured according to the level of the students. You will learn proper sprint technique. Whether it's sprint work or sled pushes, the objective is to create a disturbance within the metabolic system. With consistent participation students can expect to decrease body fat, see an increase lean muscle tissue, and improve their endurance.
  • TFW Energy Circuit:

    Energy circuits are centered around a time specific work-to-rest ratio and students are coached to focus on movement patterns and efficiency. Energy circuits are specially designed by our coaches to compliment our strength days. It allows our students to focus on movement-based recovery without overloading the body. Whether it's through Body Weight, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Sleds, or Battle Ropes, each workout is meant to be challenging while attainable for all fitness levels.
