Nutrition and physical exercise go hand in hand in regards to health. Your jouney begins with our Warrior Nutrition Workshop which will get you started in the right direction. At this seminar you will be given full information on what to eat, how much to eat, meal prep and planning, grocery shopping, portion control and much, much, more.
Your workout program starts Monday and you will be introduced to the Training for Warriors system of working out. You will be in a group setting which makes training fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions. You will get all of the RESULTS you want, for a fraction of the price!
We'll provide ongoing coaching and support duruing the entire 8 weeks to ensure you're on track. Together we are going to break through any roadblocks we encounter along the way!
